To work effectively with people from different language backgrounds, it is important to know how to best communicate in the workspace. In this course, we'll take a look at some of the ways to better communicate with multilingual employees.  This is the storyboard for this E-Learning Course.

For employers who have a high number of multilingual employees, it can be hard to understand how to have inclusive verbiage in the workplace. This can result in multilingual employees not feeling included, creating a gap in communication. 

A comprehensive solution was developed that provides employers ways to create language supports in the  workplace for multilingual employees. This also includes resources for how to identify multilingual employees, allowing employers to have the most inclusive workplace possible. 

After completing the course you will be able to define what "multilingual" means and identify new mutlilingual employees. Employers will then be able to utilize the tools they are given to modify communications in the workplace.
