My previous professional experience as an educator taught me the importance of meeting a learner where they are and adapting to fit their needs. My passion for adult education started when I was asked to lead professional development for specialized content. I soon realized I wanted to help other adults improve their skills to be successful in their careers. Becoming an instructional designer seemed like the next logical step and so my new journey began. I now design and develop eLearning, courses, job aids and more to help adult learners grow their skills!

When I am not designing a new project, I enjoy spending time working in different creative outlets such as painting and digital art . I am always looking to expand my knowledge of new topics, so I am usually reading a new book. You can often find me spending time with my family and my dogs. I am a Colorado native and enjoy spending time outside, hiking or doing yoga.
